help make this adventure possible!

I started planning for this trip well over a year ago, with the goal of promoting the U.S. National Airspace System, shining a light on some of the amazing things this system gives us the freedom to do, and showcasing how the ICON A5 makes it not only possible, but fun.
I hope to be able to collaborate on this goal with sponsors who share my interest in the future of general aviation and creating the next generation of pilots.
THE TRIP

Over the course of two months, from mid-June to mid-August, I will cover:
  • Over 30 states
  • 8800+ miles
  • 150+ flying hours
  • 45 overnight stops
  • Grand Canyon, Lake Mead and Lake Powell
  • Key West and Bahamas
  • First Flight Airport - Kitty Hawk
  • Airventure Air Show - Oshkosh, WI
  • San Juan Islands, Wa
I'll meet with local pilots as well as other aviation enthusiasts and learn their favorite places to fly, eat, drink or just hang out. Aviation is as much about the people you meet as it is about the places you go.
THE DELIVERABLES

During the trip, I'll post video and stills to my social media accounts daily. These posts will let the audience follow along with the trip as it's happening to see not only the interesting places I visit and people I meet, but also the process of flying a small plane from one location to the other.
I'll be shooting additional video and stills at all the locations along the way - to be edited into a YouTube series after the trip is completed.
This will provide an additional 2-3 months of visibility for sponsors beyond the duration of the trip itself.
